Service Description

Ever wonder how to plan an adventure like travelling around the world in 80 days? This course introduces kids to the art and science of navigation, which is a study of finding your way when travelling. Explore our world and think like a navigator! Perfect for the wanderlust in every child. Kids will learn how to use maps, use compasses, measure and give directions in distance, speed, direction, and coordinates. During this course, students will draw their own maps, become an adventure traveller and navigate the galaxy. After this course, students will understand basic navigational commands to control and direct travel and movement. Topics covered during the course include the following: Math - coordinates - distance - direction - orientation Science - magnets - compass - planet earth - solar system Tech - future modes of transport & travel During term time, this 15-hour course is conducted over 10 lessons of 1.5 hours each. Cancellation Policy

You are entitled to reschedule if you notify us at least 7 days prior to the course start date. The first reschedule is free, subsequent changes are subject to a $50 admin fee. No refunds, no rescheduling and no store credit will be given for any cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the course start date.
